INTERNATIONAL PATIENTS

 

We would like to welcome all our international patients. Our practice is located in Handschuhsheim in the heart of Heidelberg and is easy to find for those not familiar with the city. Our English-speaking team is looking forward to your visit. Other languages spoken are English (everyone), Spanish and Italian (Dr. Schwarz). 

 

No matter whether you require preventive medical check-ups or treatment of acute or chronic illnesses, we are always happy to help.  Through constant medical training we can offer our patients a treatment at a high scientific level with modern technical equipment.

 

Prior to your visit please make an appointment – to ensure we have enough time for you and to prevent you from having to wait longer than necessary. Herefore you can contact our practice under (+49)062214333998, write us an email at info@hausarzt-heidelberg.de. (Please note that we are using a digital telephone assistant in case our staff is busy and can`t pick up the telefone. Unfortunately this digital telephone assistant can't speak english yet, but just say "Please call me back" and we will notice it and call you back as soon as possible).

 

Should you be unable to keep this appointment, please let us know in good time. Our practice opens at 8.00 am and we can be contacted by telephone until 5.00 pm. In case of acute illness, please call the practice during the early morning hours. We will then arrange an appointment as needed.
